That’s what I’m trying to do today, after a pretty stressful month in a very stressful year, which is why there’s no column from me in the paper today. Plus, I had to edit a post-debate column last night before bed, so I need to relax.
I came across this beautiful piece of sand art on Twisted Sifter Friday, and offer you that and other relaxing pictures instead of my usual Wednesday rants/weird humor. Enjoy.

The covered bridge at Burns Park on a Sunday morning is a great place to get some peace and quiet.
Though the covered bridge in the same area of North Little Rock’s Burns Park is very picturesque, in fall, the footbridge to its side is even more so. At least I think so.
Don’t think about how long it would have taken to create this. You’re supposed to be relaxing!
